Details:
On the morning of 6th of September 1965, Constable Winter was on relief duty at Menzies, travelling on the Leonora Road from his home in Kalgoorlie.
At 11.25am, Constable Winter was found dead within his extensively damaged overturned vehicle about 150 metres off the road.
